Delivery is by the pallet network and shall be subject to access free from obstacles and good roads being available for the delivery vehicles to the point of delivery.

Deliveries are made on large tail lift offload articulated vehicles (not crane offload), with manually operated pump trucks placing the pallet as near to your property as is deemed safe. Delivery and off-load can only be made if there is suitable access and a flat level surface, free of gravel / uneven paving etc.

The driver will offload the pallets as near to where you require it subject to it being safe to do so. If the ground is unsuitable, pallets may be left on the roadside/kerbside at the driver’s discretion.

Undelivered orders will incur a re-delivery charge if due to poor access. It is the customers’ responsibility to inform the company if there may be an access problem, and suggest an alternative site for offload.

The company will not accept any liability for damages to property caused during delivery whereby the customer has instructed drivers or have made requests for goods to be placed anywhere other than on the kerbside. Where a delivery cannot be made on the due date as a consequence to access issues we will attempt a re-delivery at your request – an additional delivery charge will apply.

The delivery vehicles must be able to park in an area where the delivery is to be made; they cannot park in any restricted areas or in restricted parking zones. If a kerbside delivery has been made it is the customer’s responsibility to move the product from the place of delivery to the place required.

 

The courier service is under intense pressure due to the intensification of use over the past 12 months due to covid. As such delays may be experienced with delivery. Please be patient.
